Our Dental and Acupuncture providers participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region. Listed are the health plans which are currently accepted. Cosmetic Surgery procedures are traditionally not covered by health insurance plans. In addition, Dr.Testa does not particpate with insurance plans. If in the event that a non elective or non cosmetic medical service is provided by Dr. Testa, we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.

For our providers that do particpate with insurance plans, if your plan is not listed, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, once again we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible. At The Center For Aesthetic Surgery and Age-Defying Therapies, we offer many different options to our patients in order to make it easy to decide how to finance their cosmetic procedure. The price we quote you at the time of your consultation includes all costs, and does not contain any hidden fees for operating room or other fees that may not disclosed until the last minute. The center will take payment for services rendered by:

The Center offers patients the option to finance their procedure through Care Credit and Med Loan Finance. Patient financing was created for those who do not want to tie up their traditional credit sources with medical debt, or those who do not want to pay out-of-pocket healthcare charges at one time. It’s no longer necessary to delay a surgical procedure that you really want, nor worry about the inability to pay for treatment. This option will allow you to make low monthly payments over an extended period of time. Of course, you are always welcome to go through your own bank, financial institution or credit company to secure a loan as well. The choice is yours. Below is more information about the companies we mentioned and links to their online application process to help make financing easy.

You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we’ll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.

Each physician who provides professional services will send you a separate bill from his or her office. These physicians will include:

– your own physician
– other physicians who conducted tests and procedures
– consulting physicians chosen by your primary physician to read and interpret test results.

These physicians may include specialists in anesthesiology, cardiology, emergency medicine, nuclear medicine, pathology, radiology, or urodynamics. You will be responsible for paying these bills as well.

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we’ll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
